Lauri Ahvenjärvi kertoo kuinka Ukkojen kävi 19.11. pelissä LiVo:a vastaan:

Aloitimme päivän yhden aikoihin hallilla kuvauksen merkeissä. Tämän jälkeen alkoikin jo valmistautuminen peliin.

Ensimmäisessä erässä otimme heti alusta johtoaseman pisteissä haastamalla vastustajan nostoa pahoilla syötöillä, jonka avulla saimme laitaan hyvän torjunnan aikaan. 

Toiseen erään vastustaja paranti omaa peliään mutta emme antaneet tämän häiritä meidän tekemistä. 

Kolmannessa erässä pelasimme pelin tyylikkäästi loppuun ja otimme kotia kolme pistettä. 

Sunnuntaina suunnitelmissa on kärkijoukkueen karpaasien kaato.

An important victory for the Ukot!

Lauri Ahvenjärvi tells how the “Ukot” fared in the game against LiVo on November 19th.

We started the day around one o’clock at the arena for a photo shoot. After that, we began preparing for the game.

In the first set, we immediately took the lead in points by challenging the opponent’s spike with tough serves, which resulted in a good block on the sidelines.

In the second set, the opponent improved their game, but we didn’t let this disturb our performance.

In the third set, we played the game stylishly to the end and took three points home.

On Sunday, the plan is to take on the top team and secure a victory.
